Sun Ministries is attempting to help the Guardian Angels organization to start a chapter in St. Louis. The Guardian Angels are are best known for their red jackets and signature red beret's. This uniform acts as a visible deterrent to crime. The Guardian Angels are a non-violent empowerment and crime deterrent organization.
